  3. How to shoot straight: Do's and Dont's of Proposal Writing
  4. How to close the deal: Persuade by proving


Who is Deborah J. Levine?

Deborah is an award-winning author and writing consultant specializing in reports and proposals. Her background includes: Development Director of The Chicago City Ballet, Research Coordinator for the UTC College of Engineering & Computer Science, and grant writing consultant to Chattanooga’s United Way Nonprofit Center and Community Foundation.

Deborah is an international blogger with The Huffington Post. With degrees in cultural anthropology, urban planning, and arts administration, Deborah has decades of experience in managing projects and writing about them. Her writing spans decades of published articles in The American Journal of Community Psychology, Journal of Public Management & Social Policy, The Bermudian Magazine, and The Harvard Divinity School Bulletin. Locally, she wrote for the Chattanooga Times Free Press and is syndicated in the Chattanooga News Chronicle.

Deborah received a National Press Association Award for her first book which was taken to the Vatican as a gift for Pope Francis. Deborah's latest book, Going Southern: The No-Mess Guide to Success in the South, was featured on CSPAN-BOOKTV. She was honored by diversitybusiness.com for her work as Founder/Editor-in-Chief of the American Diversity Report.
