Wage & Hour
The Fair Labor Standards Act was enacted in 1935 and in part imposes overtime pay requirements upon covered employers for workers who work in excess of 40 hours per week. There are exemptions from these requirements for employees who meet certain salary tests and job duty requirements. This session will explore the risks employers should assess and possible actions which will lead to the path of compliance with over working employees.
