Discrimination / Labor

One on the hottest topics involves unlawful employer retaliation against any person pursuing his/her protected rights.  The National Labor Board has made a drastic shift for the protection of employee rights.  This session will provide an overview of federal and state labor and anti-discrimination laws.  The topics will include age, race, sex, religious, disability, sexual preference, military and veteran's status discrimination.  Rules and procedures to prevent harassment against theses protected groups will be explored.
