Harassment in Today’s Workplace Today’s organizations have a “zero tolerance” policy for harassment in the workplace -- but what does that mean to you?  What exactly is unlawful harassment?  How do you ensure your conduct or your employee’s will not be interpreted as harassment?

We will cover:

  • What harassment is
  • Different types of workplace harassment
  • Difference between harassment and discrimination
  • What you should do immediately if harassment is discovered
  • Suggestions on conducting an investigation
  • What you can do to ensure that your company remains  harassment free
  • We will review recent court cases on harassment
