Workshop based on The Oz Principle

All teams function better with people who take ownership of their work and results. This workshop gives managers and team leaders tools to improve your team’s performance, foster a climate of accountability, act to overcome obstacles, and engage your team with challenging goals.

Recent studies show that the practice of accountability in the workplace has resulted in the view that accountability is something that happens to you when things go wrong, rather than something you do to yourself to ensure results.  Could accountability be the simplest way for optimizing organizational performance and assisting in organizational change?

Kashun Parks from Propel Higher Consulting will share  steps in creating a culture of accountability.  These steps are effective in driving results in both organizational and individual settings creating an opportunity to embrace new challenges and transform your world.

Workshop will focus primarily on the following areas:

  • Increased Productivity
  • Team Accountability
  • Leadership and Advancement through tools that drive results
