Crucial Accountability

Do you ever find yourself stuck...and you just do not know what to say? Maybe someone has missed a deadline. Or perhaps their actions are causing tension that ripples throughout your team. You know you need to speak with them, but where do you start? How do you prepare, and what will be their reaction?

During this session you will learn how to identify gaps that are keeping you stuck, understand what is causing these gaps, and motivate others by identifying natural consequences of the gaps. To get the most from the session, think of chronic problems you are facing that have been difficult to resolve, or that you have been reluctant to confront.

Our speaker today is Carrie Woods.  Carrie is an author, corporate leadership trainer & executive coach who has worked with companies like ACT, Amazon, Olan Mills, Rockefeller Center, Miller Ind., Nippon Shokubai and many more. She holds a CPLP Certified Professional in Learning & Performance certification. Carrie is a recognized ATD (2013) national subject matter expert in Designing Learning, a certified trainer in both Development Dimensions International leadership training and VitalSmarts for both their Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability programs.
