About our Speaker: Kashun Parks

Kashun ParksKashun Parks, President, and Founder of Propel Higher Consulting Inc. has worked with many organizations over the past 20 years helping leaders, managers, and independent contributors inspire, develop, and educate employees in their organizations. Kashun has worked with both for-profit and non-profit companies in leadership and talent development and is currently working with a non-profit organization, CBMC Inc, Christian Business Men’s Connection as their HR Director. Kashun is held in high regard by her peer group as a successful change agent in leadership development, and she continues to apply these skills when leading interactive training sessions for different organizations throughout Chattanooga, TN. Kashun was just recently the President of ATD (Association of Talent Development) where she led her chapter to increased membership and received an award for Chapter of the Month from the Association for Talent Development. Just recently, Kashun is a member of ATD Program Association Committee selected to lead and create the Annual Conference for Chapter Leaders throughout the country. Armed with an MBA in Business and Human Resource Management and numerous certifications in Change Management, Leadership, and Coaching. Kashun brings enthusiasm and thought-provoking experiences to all who encounter her. Kashun spends her free time with her husband running after her 3 teenagers and sharing her talents as an actress in local community theater.
