Blended Learning Recipes that Work

Are you looking for easy ways to spice up your training program? Do like finding ways to combine technologies so you work smart, not hard? This session gives you a mouth-watering look at the world of blended learning. Karl Richter will be sharing his new recipe approach to blended learning. You'll be encouraged to think of learning technologies like the ingredients in a meal. Like any good recipe, we'll also provide step-by-step directions so you can whip one up on your own. This session will give you a meal planning metaphor for balancing your options with different learning technologies, and we'll look at how the brain feeds on information. If you're hungry for a way to bring effective brain-based learning into your organization, make a reservation for this exciting event.

Learning Objectives:

  • Expand your definition for Blended Learning beyond classroom and online training.
  • Create a plan for effective blends of different learning technologies using a fun food-based metaphor.
  • Explore ways that our brains feed on information and how that impacts our strategies as learning designers.
