3 P's of Organization That Leads to Strong Leadership and Performance:
From a Coach
& Former Business Owner's Perspective

By examining the 3 P's of organization (People, Process, and Product) we can learn how to become effective leaders that leads to a winning performance.  

Learning Objectives:

• People - You will learn by being an active and accountable follower will aide you to become a strong leader.
• Process - You will understand that the process equals performance.
• Product - You will learn that if the people execute the process the result is a winning performance. 

About our Speaker:

Coach Charles Fant has served as the head football coach of Notre Dame High School in Chattanooga, TN since April 2012.  He teaches personal finance and computers at Notre Dame.  

His football coaching career began in 1998.  Coach Fant has been coaching high school football for 21 years.  He was a volunteer assistant coach for 14 years before selling his financial services business to become a teach and coach.

Coach Fant is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a B.A. Degree in Human and Organizational Development.  He was awarded a scholarship and played college football at Vanderbilt.  He played quarterback, wide-receiver, and special teams while at Vanderbilt.

In February, 2017 Coach Fant was voted in as the Vice President of the Southeast Region for the Tennessee Football Coaches Association. 

The Notre Dame team during his tenure has won 3 region championships, played in 3 quarter-finals, 2 semi-finals and was state runner-ups in the playoffs.  Coach Fant was also named D2 East Region Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2018.
