About our Speaker:
Jenelle Hawkins, Director, Learning and Talent Development
Jenelle is responsible for the management of all training initiatives, which includes maintaining and implementing Vision Hospitality’s digital training program, Vision University. In addition, she designs and develops learning materials and curricula based on identified needs, ensuring that all training procedures are aligned with Vision’s core values and business objectives. She also runs the AIM Learning Center, a unique offering to the industry, in which members of the general public can participate in training opportunities, which includes certifications such as ServSafe and CPR, but also leadership training that focuses on communication and associate growth.
With over fifteen years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jenelle also enjoys serving as a member of the Future Ready Advisory Board at Howard High School, as well as teaching management courses at the University of TN Chattanooga. She also represents the Chattanooga hospitality community by serving on the Workforce Development Advisory Board.
