Learning Objectives:

This experience is different from a keynote presentation. It is a facilitated connection session designed to help members of a group more deeply connect.

There is no pre-work that would need to be accomplished aside from coming into this session with a “critical question” in mind that you would like to seek help on.

  • Build Social Capital
  • Problem Solve and Collaborate with your peers
  • Create opportunities to serve the needs of those members of your group

SPEAKER:

Paul Jones is the co-founder of Bridgwell, a company that focuses on authentic employee to employee connection. He is a master facilitator facilitating authentic connection events for associations, companies and business leaders across the nation. His unique facilitation style stems from his 12 years of outdoor leadership experience, which includes being a river guide for four years on the Snake River in Jackson, Wyoming. He literally lived in a van down by the river.

In his professional career, he has traveled across the country observing teams and identifying common traits that lead to either failure or success: the foremost being, alignment to and participation in a culture of positive energy. As an entrepreneur, he has learned how to build a thriving and positive work culture the hard way.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Utah State University and many other certifications in facilitation and professional guiding.
