Effective leadership in uncertain times means managing stress and information flow, but it also must extend beyond these immediate issues.  Preparation for future steps and developing informed, empowered teams goes a long way toward ensuring positive outcomes.  This session will focus on the psychological impact of ambiguity in our environment and how learning professionals and leaders can help those they serve navigate and continue to grow.

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn to diagnose and coach when fear of unlikely or imagined outcomes are being amplified by the ambiguity in our environment.
  • Differentiate uncertainty and ambiguity to better understand where to provide support.
  • Apply best practices in our roles to reduce or mitigate ambiguity during times of rapid change.
