Groundbreaking research by nationally recognized thought-leaders Vincent Brown and Dr. Janet Reid has illuminated a new understanding of bias along with the principles and behaviors required to disrupt it. In this program Vincent Brown will discuss their research findings on the nature of bias and practical steps you can take to become more naturally inclusive. In addition, Vincent will share an implementation case study.

This partnership will enable them to design and deploy scalable and sustainable DEi learning experiences and education solutions.

He is a certified HBDI® facilitator and serves on Herrmann lnternational's Board of Advisors. Vincent is the proud father of three sons - Steven, Michael, and Adam and grandfather of Kayson. He enjoys serving as a role model for minority entrepreneurs and is engaged in causes that reach out to disadvantaged and disenfranchised communities.
