Dysfunctional leaders and what to do about them:

The saying goes, “people do not quit organizations; they quit managers.” As the landscape of the workplace has changed, the archaic method of instilling fear in employees simply does not work. There has been shift to become a more humble, servant leader and many managers are still trying to navigate in that direction. This presentation will challenge leaders to take a closer look at their own leadership style and motivation tactics. Are you a dysfunctional leader or a humble leader?

Learning Objectives:

  • Recognize the four sins of a toxic leader
  • Define how leadership is changing
  • Transition from a toxic leader to a humble leader
