Speaker:

Ms. Rice is President and owner of Peak Performance, Inc., a workforce development training and consulting company. Previously, she was an Operational Executive with a career spanning more than 25 years with Corning, Inc., holding positions including Director, Worldwide Manufacturing Effectiveness, Director of Operations; Plant Manager and Engineering Manager. Rice received her B.S. in electrical engineering from Syracuse University. She received her certificate from The Lean Manufacturing Leadership Institute at the University of Kentucky and a certificate from the Executive Development Institute at Vanderbilt University, and most recently a Certificate of Entrepreneurialship through the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program.
