Resilience in Feedback
Part 1

As L & D and HR professionals, we receive a lot of feedback.  This hour session will focus on exploring tips for navigating feedback effectively.  In practicing intentional resilience, we can grow through feedback with right understanding and tools.  This can be true even when the feedback received is poorly delivered, doesn't feel accurate, or perhaps is true but unwanted.  Possibly most importantly, we can learn to let go of feedback that is unhelpful, too.

This event has been submitted for SHRM-PDC and HRCI recertification credit.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand why we naturally react to feedback with rejection.
  • What to do about feedback that is unhelpful and untrue.
  • Learn how to explore all feedback gracefully.

ATD Capabilities: Communication, Coaching, and Emotional Intelligence and Decision-Making.
