It's time to rethink how your organization hires. Most organizations' "processes" for hiring and little more than a thumbs-up/thumbs-down approach, leaving the door wide open for bias and subjectivity.  If you want to increase objectivity in your hiring process, and simultaneously boost engagement, retention, and performance, implement a data-driven, proven process.   Join us for a robust discussion of a unique process for hiring.

Learning Objectives:

  • Increase objectivity in your hiring process
  • More clearly define performance objectives for positions in your company
  • Improve employee retention

ATD Capabilities: Cultural Awareness and Inclusion, Development and Culture,  Future Readiness, Performance Improvement, and Talent Strategy and Management

Mike Kuenzi, National Practice Director, has been with Titus Talent Strategies since February 2013. As one of the firm’s first employees, Mike has had the opportunity to grow with Titus, wearing many hats and taking on responsibilities in all facets of the organization. Over the last six years, his primary focus has been in the areas of training and education, team development and talent acquisition. He played an integral role in helping Titus become a certified partner of The Predictive Index, and now uses his expertise in behavioral and cognitive analysis to lead the Titus Talent Optimization Division. Mike is passionate about knowledge transfer and empowering organizations to successfully identify, attract, measure, and retain top performers. Outside of work, Mike loves spending time with his wife and three girls, playing tennis, and staying active in his community.
