It's time to rethink how your organization hires. Most organizations' "processes" for hiring and little more than a thumbs-up/thumbs-down approach, leaving the door wide open for bias and subjectivity.  If you want to increase objectivity in your hiring process, and simultaneously boost engagement, retention, and performance, implement a data-driven, proven process.   Join us for a robust discussion of a unique process for hiring.

Learning Objectives:

  • Removing subjectivity and bias in your hiring process
  • More clearly define performance objectives for positions in your company
  • Increase quality of hire by measuring the whole person (Head, Heart, Briefcase model)
  • Improve employee retention

ATD Capabilities: Cultural Awareness and Inclusion, Development and Culture,  Future Readiness, Performance Improvement, and Talent Strategy and Management
